Well who knows. They have their eye on doing something.
Who knows what it will be.
Best case, they do what they say they are going to do and it costs you £10k.
Worst case they decide it’s better to flatten I mean regenerate the place and you get stiffed.
Is there a big enough discount on the place to cover you?
If not start talking about reducing your offer
Just offer them £50k less
Assume because it’s so far out a section 20 hasn’t been issued?
