Yeah, there’s not much going on out this way. I had to go a couple of miles off route to find a motel for a shower. All the towns I passed are dead. And it was Sunday.

Elizabethtown is a time warp, like traveling back to the 50’s. Lots going on in Cave in the Rock though.

Went to wrong motel again. Shortcut the route so will have to backtrack to Murphy Boro. FML

Hippy had the decency to take a wrong turn to avoid passing me and making me look bad. Stephen Haines on the other hand is catching me like HE is the one who’s had 8 days rest. No manners!

Had to take an extended pause during the afternoon but I think my body has accepted we’re back in race mode. Now shifting to night riding and generally feeling good again.

No disrespect to marcel, much admiration for his effort, he simply didn’t win trans am bike race but trans am velo mobile race.

PA's dot not moving with it being on 5 minute intervals just before is making me nervous.

There is a naval base there, it has some big jamming stuff, every year is causes issues. Don't fret.
