Giant 650b disc wheelset with WTB resolute 42mm tubeless tyres

Due to change in plans these are up for sale.. giant 27.5 / 650b sxc-2 disc wheelset, 6 bolt avid discs, tubeless valves and 42mm WTB resolute tyres - done 40 miles.. running tubeless.. front is bolt through but has a we adapter fitted.. come with skewers too.

can these be converted to 12x100, 12x142?

Interested in the tyres if split

Front is 15mm bolt through, not sure on the back.. will try and find out..

Will these take an eleven speed road cassette?

10 speed I'm afraid. I did run a 11 speed SRAM with one cog left off the bottom..
