Neil Lauder, who's currently winning a lot in the South East district, did 263NP for 285 miles with 13 mins for stops. And he's a wee slip of a lad. So as well as having a massive engine Duggleby must be combining it with being very slippery.
Lauder needs to do work on position and on stop strategy. That's a poor return on that power!
Yeah, that does seem like a poor return on the effort. I did 200NP for 265miles with 7 mins off the bike (turns out I have a tiny bladder).
