I just came back to say I’ve seen Adam did 260NP for 12hours and that’s nuts.
I was trying to work out how long I could d that for, maybe half. Is he henche?
Neil Lauder, who's currently winning a lot in the South East district, did 263NP for 285 miles with 13 mins for stops. And he's a wee slip of a lad. So as well as having a massive engine Duggleby must be combining it with being very slippery.
Lauder needs to do work on position and on stop strategy. That's a poor return on that power!
I do wonder if his powermeter reads accurate...
Seems he's on a quarq. It's big power for someone who trains 7h a week.
