I am swinging towards this, partly because to be honest so far my test riding of this particular Arise has been a bit disappointing, so shelling out so much on the frame doesn't seem like the best move.
I do think it's probably the set up/parts. Those Kenda tyres are neither fish nor foul and slow it down, it has some VERY wide handlebars and I think the set back seatpost puts me in slightly the wrong position. Also the brakes are rubbish, even in these bone dry conditions - apparently they're pretty much useless in the wet - and the saddle is not comfortable. At all. But even with the saddle at the right height it feels like my power isn't going down properly.
Apart from that it's fine :)
What 650b wheels are you using @Rodolfo ?
