Wanted to ask someone about buying stuff off Ceeway. Can any old mope put in an order or is there some sort of register or some wholesale regulation stuff that means only businesses can buy stuff? How much do they charge for postage? Is there a minimum order or something?
Basically I just want to buy a couple of bosses as an amateur - do I need to find a local framebuilder for it to be economical?
