Two half marathons, a few competitive 10kms and Parkruns, I am still very surprised with how much progress I've made.
My weight seems to have stabilised around 66kg after the initial rapid shedding of bulk.
How much weight have you lost? I started last September and can’t believe the way running has changed my body, it’s kicked my metabolism in a way cycling never did. I guess I’m a bit more conscious of what I eat but not massively.
Although I am a right grumpy twat if I can’t get out for a few days.
