at about 17s the cyclist in the distance who starts and then falls off, completely unforced error

No, honestly, I can't see anything like that in the video, even after you've tried to point it out. Maybe I'm just being blind.

Are you compressing your videos before you upload them to youtube? I'd probably have seen it better if the video wasn't so compressed.
