stole the gf's city bike to do a passau-bratislava tour on the donauradweg. essentials up front, rest of the shit in the back - would be nice to have more than 3 gears though (only 2 usable, but the middle gear is already too heavy, didn't get the chance to shift into 3rd.. fun times)

When are the R7020 Hydro levers/calipers getting released proper? Anyone got the scoop on date?
My bike needs a new group.

Broken shifter of my own + ~£4 broken eBay shifter = working shifter.
Just need a broken left one which I can gut and pair with the empty right one for a set of fancy carbon single speed levers.
Loads of people must have spares as these shifters break all the time, only takes 5 mins to repair if you've got the parts. If you've got a broken one give it a go. Could have saved myself ~£70 months ago if I'd known it was so easy.

Built myself a silly fixed TT bike, just base bars, brake and paint needed to finish

base bars needed
I think I'd stick with the drops, you'll find the handling nicer than sticking a bullhorn up at that height

Very clean job.
Well executed.
Great work.I'm totally over those plastic buckles... everything should have a Cobra Buckle on it!

Me and you both, I have my fair share of track craps 😂😎

I need to drop the bars quite a bit really, based on just riding it up and down he road

I have discovered these already but the ones I’ve seen are all from China and take ages to arrive. The plastic buckle is indeed shit though.
Seems you can get them in the UK but they’re a lot of money! -
• #119772
Exactly.. they're £££££s!

Making progress on this but not helped by my inability to have the needed little things to hand.

Argos finally gets some TLC. Forum sourced CK headset and EAI cog fitted along with O.G forks and Sram caliper to resolve Shimano clearance issues. Road Runner bag is my current favourite bit of kit.
And the bike that just took me across Japan faultlessly deserves a pic.

PlusGas seems to be as good as anything.
