So much tree jizz at home,the grass looks like a very low budget remake of The Fog.

All this fucking week I've had horrendous hayfever; not so much the eyes as throat and nose, which, combined with whatever school grit my daughters have brought home, means a miserable sodding time. Nature can piss off.

There's fucking drifts of plane tree pollen in Battersea Park at the moment. I was'nt streaming but flooding cycling through there today, I had to rush back out and play with the traffic.

Can you dehydrate to death from hayfever? With the super hot weather last week combined with the worst hay fever I've ever had, it felt like ebola, my innards were liquefying and all fluid was rushing for the exits, mainly my eyes and nose, bleak. Another few hours without water and I think I'd have been a husk mummified in lycra.

I never had hay fever until I moved to London, the mixture of pollution and pollen has proper kicked the shit out of my sinuses.

Really bad today, had a sneezing fit through Hyde Park..fucking tree jism.

Still have tight throat / coughing up brown phlegm from the last couple of days. Dreadful.

Worst I had ever had it on the way home last night. Had to get off my bike and cough up loads of shit, felt like I was going to suffocate :(

Tree jizz in my fucking eyes

Jesus, it was bad enough last night but even worse this morning. It's like someone set fire to my eyes and throat.

Last night I literally went blind on Embankment. I'm still in pain now.

Eyes and lungs are burning

New boss: "Why are your eyes so red, are you OK?"

It doesn't normally bother me but the last week has been horrible. My eyes look like I haven't slept for a fortnight.

Is there anything that can be done about it?
