If you are reasonably handy transplant a Hyperglide body onto it.
If it is not a Dura Ace hub, virtually any Freehub body will swap on without much hassle. I've done this a few times and it's always gone well. How to transplant a body:

The smallest (threaded ) sprocket can flipped round if it is slipping or replaced with a 3/32 track sprocket.
