A Surly hanger might be a better option, the bike was sort of a parts bin build and this is what I had lying around. I'll keep my eyes open if I'd happen to stumble upon a Surly one, thanks!

Cheers pal, its actually still 700c! I don't think it has mounts but there's still bags of clearance with the 40's on it.

Won't the g-ones basically out perform the paselas on road too?

Nope, paselas i feel are faster, take 15psi more too
