  • Headed to Battersea Park for the Assembly League last night. There were a lot of runners; the start was a bit of a mess. Then I ended up dropping out about 2.4km in as I was struggling to breathe - a couple of seconds after stopping my nose started pouring with blood, which wasn't ideal. Has anyone else had this when running? It was pretty humid and the pollen count is supposed to be high but not sure what would have caused it.

I used to get nosebleeds all the time - exacerbated by pollen, heat and exertion.

I had the blood vessels in my nose burnt out, and it's no longer a problem.

    Whaaaat?!?
Pollen, pollution and humidity are all pretty high here but luckily I don't seem to get nosebleeds any more. I had one in the middle of my A-level English exam!
