If you look at his history page, the updates were coming twice an hour, regular as clockwork. Then nothing for the last 90 minutes.

Ah. Updates agin now.

I think it's just the trackleader's feed from SPOT.

Tanja had no updates for the last 15 minutes (despite updating every 5 minutes), latest refresh and the tracking spots are there from 5 minutes ago, 10 minutes ago and 15 minutes ago.

Ah so it is. Quite a nice cadence actually - you can see the slow parts and fast parts by the distance between update points.

I find the Mike Rushton thing a bit bonkers. Ride 1000 miles as hard as you can on a faintly crazy bike, with next to no rest and then just stop.
