If that was her priority then it would have been best to go to Wisdom. Stock up and rest, then double back to the point of going off route.
More unknown though innit. We can't tell from here but there might have been a reason why she didn't continue on that road last night.
She probably hasn't got data on her mobile so limited ability to investigate the other options. Trusting the GPS to reroute led her into the wilderness.
