Its such a strange situation. Did she think she was back on route at Gibbonsville perhaps?
Is she allowed to get a lift back to where she went wrong or does she have to pedal back there?
Terrible for her. It looks so simple from here but if her GPS has gone haywire it could be so easy to get hopelessly lost in the dark of the night, sleep deprived, exhausted and in the middle of nowhere.

Lifts are only allowed due to a serious mechanical (that stops you from riding).
If she wants to complete the full route then her only option is to get back on route and cycle all the way back to the 93/43 junction and then turn around again.
If she has suffered a mechanical whilst off-route she could, theoretically, get a lift to Wisdom to get her bike fixed. She could then cycle from Wisdom back to the 93/43 junction and then continue the route from there. The rules aren't completely clear about this as they assume that mechanicals will be suffered on the route somewhere. But I don't think anyone would begrudge her sorting it out this way given the torrid time she would have had over the last 12 hours.
Nightmare :/ She seems to have reached a dead end, road just turns into wild scrub.
