Alright, I´ll try to do some research before setting the syncs up, but that´s a while away.
The Telecom is more or less finished. Not sure about the wheels, there might be more fashionable alternatives, but the hubs run very smooth so I will try these out for a while. Tires are a pair of fake tan wall schwalbes, I´m on the lookout to replace these with a pair of proper tan walls of better quality, but I´m finding it hard to find (clinchers).

Continental Grand Prix Classic is one tire that has tan walls and seems of a better quality. Another one is Bontrager R3, tho this is a pure performance tire - super expensive. They’re supposed to be good. I don’t know, have never tried them. Have a look.
Loving the Merckx ;)

Grand Prix classic aren't really tan, I've got a set. Vittoria Corsa's, Turbo Cotton's, Pasela's.

Yeah that’s true, I guess they’re brown wall. Share an opinion!

That Benotto's lovely

AAArgh, you are giving me second thoughts on the slaughtering of the Benotto.
I´m a bit reluctant as I´ve put down quite a bit of work on it. New decals, touch up paint, proper benotto tape, polishing and all that.
But someone´s gotta go, I will stick to my inspirational photo in the first post. -

Slaughter away, then neo-retro the Benotto 😉

Yeah, that´s not a bad idea
But Im affraid I have to sell it to fund the ongoing build. And I actually have got Another frame in mind for a futuristic, flouro-neo-retro project:

Started to clean the CdA group up a bit. Mostly using an ultrasonic cleaner which makes the job a lot more enjoyable.
Ran into a bit of trouble with the 3,5mm hex needed for the cables on the deltas, took me a while to figure out that 3,5mm equals 9/64 inches, which I found in a local hardware store.
Taking the deltas apart was interesting as they don´t look anything like other calipers, now that I´ve cleaned them up they surely need some sort of lubricant to make them run smooth. Teflon spray maybe?

Beautiful job on the retro steel! The Stuttgart is still on my list. Would love to own such a frame, one day..

Lovely bikes! Almost too nice to ride. Do you think you'll use them much?
I was going to say that a white regal might look nice on the telekom but the black actually works really nicely.

Ah man, so good, bravo

^Thanks everyone!
@Meds: The Telekom one I won't have a problem riding, will probably put some modern pedals on and take it for a ride occasionally.
The Stuttgart will probably only be taken out on short rides during warm and dry days (i.e never since I live in Sweden), I don´t want to ruin the great condition and I´m also a bit anxious about the Mavic OR10 rims, especially the 24h on the front. -

If it were me, the Stuttgart would go on the wall. Too pretty.
I'd then ride the heck out of the Telekom.
Congrats though. You've done a good job with them.
Yeah, I was expecting that crazy looking (and awesome) rear mech from the 80s. There’s a 8 speed block on the pic you provided above, so I’d assume it’s a 8 speed derailleur. I can’t help you with setting this up, but if I recall correctly setting up 6 and 7 speed setups was a nightmare, 8 speed was supposedly improved. I don’t know. 8 speed ergopowers worked great tho!
