This is a potentially interesting development, Labour effectively supporting retained membership of the single market.

But they've been saying things like "alignment with the single market" for a while, while also saying they want"no freedom of movement". And that's a deal not on the table.

So I don't know what this means in practice...if it's waffle or a genuine commitment :)
