Just posted this Google review, just a heads up for ya'll to avoid Camden Kodak Express in London.
They are not capable of providing the services they advertise. If you are a photographer stay far away from this place. They ruined two rolls of black and white film and then tried to blame me and for their obvious mistakes. They also did a very poor job printing from medium-format negatives. In they end refund some of my money and the portly male manager rightly admitted that they "are just a high street shop" and if want good processing service I "should go to one of the professional shops". The blonde-haired female staff named Alex is particularly surly and unapologetic. Shockingly bad service and customer relations. Avoid.
Here are two images of the ruined negatives. The first didn't have enough chemistry in the tank to fix the development, and the second was loaded incorrectly on the reel:

Bit of a resurrection I know,
But anyone got any tips on where in London or Online is best of 35mm film (colour and BW) processing? Just need high res film scans, not looking for printing atm.
Thanks all!

We use Canadian Film lab, they are excellent. But they have just closed down for a period due to ill health.
Second option for us is Camencita in Spain, but you have to be very very specific about your development preferences.

When you say high res, how high do you mean?

Not anything huge, just decent enough to do large format prints if required.

been asked this so many times so here is a list:
best in London if you're not a professional - Rapid Eye or Chan Imaging
best in London if you are a professional - PM me
best out of London for budget - Snaps Photo Services, Bournemouth
best out of London for quality and best overall for the price - Palm Labs, Birmingham
best if you need super 8 film done - Gauge Film, Birminghamstrongly advise against: eyeculture, photofusion, west end imaging, any snappy snaps/boots/asda
less strongly advise against: aperture, bayeux, metroI understand if anyone disagrees with this list, fact is I've used every single place here several times and I have their rep also from others and people that work in each place. happy for other opinions.
