I'm not sure you'll find a ceramic drill bit long enough.
Drilling tiles with masonry (or HSS) bits is a ballache, and likely to crack the tile.
Is masonary with carbide tip not suitable? I' think that's what I've done in the past, but it was a while ago and I may be mistaken.
