EDIT: Might still gamble on one based on Tijmen's experience. Could use a short sleeved skinsuit with pockets for riding to weeknight club TTs without a backpack.

Check out Velotec suites. Santini, Nopinz or just a decent aero jersey n bibs for TTs. Decathlon are cheap. There is no way in hell the spexcel suit is fast.
fwiw I usually use a musette for carrying an extra layer and other bits to a race.

The Spexcel suite is sadly total shit. Don't bother.
Loose where is needs to be tight.
Not cut for in a riding position.
The lycra is thin but not very elastic.
The pad is thick, soft and not held well.
