Chapeau! My path crossed with the other ACH rider a couple of times and we always asked after you. I'm glad you pushed on.

Thanks, same to you! Rob was riding well and I decided it was best to do my own thing rather than bust a gut trying to keep up with him.

Now I'm back home I keep remembering bits of the ride, we really were spoilt for scenery.

Yes I find multi day events are special like that. You can be going through day to day life and something will trigger a memory that was buried. Hearing others experience is also good.

You're right though we were spoilt and the weather was spot on too
