Blackfriars Road

About 5:45pm I was heading south on Blackfriars Road, on the North South Cycle Superhighway. There was a Lycra commuter - male, about 45 - sitting on a bench having a sling put on him. Large puddle of blood on the pavement, like a mug of blood had just been sloshed out. Unpleasant to see. He looked as if he had all the help he needed so I didn’t stop. Hope he’s ok.

I heard this happen behind me. Heading south and cyclist coming the other way. Next thing I hear is a big clatter and I think someone just cycled out from the side road without looking. I'd been at the front of the lights south of Blackfriars bridge so all the people behind me saw and stopped.

They had no choice to stop TBH as the path was blocked with two bikes and two cyclists.
Made me realise I wasn't wearing my helmet and accidents/Muppets are every where
