Was it easy to fit? - 4 holes in the wall, rawl plugs, screws. They provide everything you need including a drill bit for brick and spirit level. I found it easy
What's to stop someone pulling it off? There's a security screw at the bottom that you need the special provided screwdriver to remove. Ring replace for free if it's stolen
How long does the battery last? - I guess it's in the housing? Yes rechargeable battery in the housing, can't comment on battery life yet but it tells you % in the app and you can buy as many battery packs as you like to always have one charged. I guess life depends on how you use it. You can wire it to the mains if there's an existing bell
Which one do you have? I have the ring doorbell 2
Is there a mic/2-way talking? Yes it's awesome
Do you live on a busy street? If so is it always being turned on? (my folks are in a terraced house on a busy road with a fair amount of foot traffic as well). Yes I have switched off the motion sensor as cars driving past were triggering it.
Any other thoughts? It looks good
Use a decent drill with hammer action if drilling brick and it's easy
