Will 38c gravelkings (non SK) be noticeable slower than 32c gravelkings (non SK)?
They will go at the same speed :)
I would expect the 38s to have lower rolling resistance but higher aerodynamic drag, so the 38s will require less power to go slowly and more power to go fast. At some non-zero point, the two curves will cross, and at that speed the two tyres will require exactly the same amount of power.
