Hmm... looks like no padding to me, just a PU cover over carbon... and as such not great value at $50.
If you want padding, then I reckon this one is a better deal.

Took a punt on one of these 6th June, arrived Wednesday, 2 weeks later. Looks decent quality, weight bang on. Weirdly has a logo on one side but not the other, I ordered no logos. I'm expecting the glue to give up prematurely but we will see.

Managed to fall across a SMP copy thats not the carbon one - seems to have a little padding.
Search for GUB 1156 - 38 quid is worth a punt in my books for my MTB
