If you've got a large head, I've got an almost-new Sparco ProJet open face helmet for selz at bargain price. It's silver, so it'll match the car, which is the most important thing.

Then search for your nearest infinity bike shop.

EDIT: Nope. Apparently car helmets are fire retardant, whereas bike ones aren't.... Is that actually true?

unless there's a load of fancy comms equipment, I'm struggling to understand why a car helmet should cost more than a couple of hundred... Supply and demand maybe?

+1 on trying plenty though. And spend a bit of time wearing the one you settle on around the shop. From a bike perspective having nice quality, wicking, removable liners is worth having.
