I’ve never seen real evidence of white being cooler than black, for cycling kit. I can’t actually find an empirical study, though I’m sure someone has done one. It’s not as simple as black is warmer. As black radiates heat also. The white might absorb less heat, but given that your body is a furnace in its own right the radiation matters.
If it’s hot I’ll ride in mesh, that’s actually cool.
