Look at the back wheel: no clearance.

Yeah, but those are plus tires right (3.0")? Would imagine the clearance would be ok with regular sized MTB tires. Or 27.5" wheels even.

@Sparky, this. Just looks like a MTB with larger tyres/wheels than what it's build for.

I think it would be a great ride on the MTB tracks over here (The Netherlands). We hardly ever have any real mud.
