Yep - I have the hollowgram tools.

Paddington - you need a bench vise to do the spider / ring. I usually do it at Micycle N1.

28c Gravel Kings have been a decent improvement over the previous 25c 4 seasons in terms of comfort, i'm 75kg and i've got them down to 60psi which feels fine. Not sold on the Hover bars just yet but the additional 15mm stack should help on the longer runs.

Little trip round Devon - brakes are definitely worn in now. Changed saddle to same but non-camo.

Also - f£@k the hills in Devon off the main roads!!!!

What was a largely forgettable braking experience became, in this mornings downpour, theatrical in volume. Anyone else had problems with Spyres + sintered pads + Deore rotors? So, so loud!

Also, picking up 28c gravel kings with tan walls later. Still yet to fit the 50/34 spidering. It is super fun to ride - a great build from Radbikes aka P&L Cycles.

Cold wet discs sound worse than cantis

You might be better off with some different pads, I've found the superstar kevlar compound to give good results whilst being fairly cheap. Seems like a good compromise between sintered (longevity, bite) and organic (quiet? feel?). The stock Spyre pads are pretty rubbish anyway

In the wild in Kent yesterday. Such a fun bike.
Headset has started clicking / banging. Just loosened and retentioned everything - hopefully it was just everything bedding in. Although occasionally a large crack could be heard which makes teeth ache. Hoping it’s bottle cage / new wheels bedding in.

A few hundred miles and a forum name change later.
Got a Restrap bar bag which fits well. Did two 100 milers this weekend without too much discomfort, still fine tuning the position. Chain line on the spider ring and 11spd cassette isn’t great.

Six NDS shots in a row, that has to be some kind of record.
Nice bike though! ;)

Do you slide off that saddle? Nice bicycle.

Heard a ping cycling over the weekend, then couldn’t tighten top cap when it came loose and started rattling. Investigated and found out the bolt had snapped and dropped the carbon expander bung down into the fork?
Dig them out and the bolt doesn’t even look like metal.
Hmm.
Anyone recommend me a solid expander/ topcap for carbon forks?

Didn’t mean that as a reply!

Just fitted a standard FSA expander/top cap, much, much better than the terrible Cannondale SI one that snapped. Now I know why my headset was always loose.

Yup - first thing to ALWAYS do with any Cannondale - ditch that piece of shit SI expander!!
Bit late to this party as most of your questions have already been answered but I ran a caad10 disc black inc for about 6 months in a number of guises:
Ran 30mm’s on wide rims which came up more like 34 with no issue at all - great fun actually!
Found cable pull discs (Shimano CX77) and Ultegra, which was my first build iteration, miles better from a maintainability perspective than the SRAM Force Hrd I had on as a second iteration.
Seeing your build makes me miss mine!

@Howard will know/have the tool.
AH man, Gator's suck so much. You'll be in a world of heaven if you get the pressures right on a G-One/Pro One. Great tyres.
It might feel nice but it's hella ugly - the saddle that is. But yeah, don't change before TCR!
