Hose clamps? Be sure to put some inner tube in between there though.

While opinions will vary about exactly how you should set about doing this, nobody with an opinion worth respecting will think that attaching anything to the lowers is a good idea. Adding 2kg of unsprung mass is the exact opposite of what any sane person would want to do.
