TBH it spends more time doing food prep, but he works in a place where carrying a knife is frowned upon.
The engraving was done by “Knivesandtools” using their online software. I found it a bit of a faff and would probably find a local engraver who I could work with.
The knife itself has a bigger handle and a smaller blade, so it looks a bit odd, but is nice to use. It’s very light in the hand.
Delivery was fast.
It’s a good knife. I tend to use heavier / bigger knives, but I can’t fault it.
