This definitely deserves more than a parts bin build. Things I'm looking for if anyone has anything. Not got tonnes of budget, but would like to do the frame some justice.
After these bits, please PM if you have anything:
Brake callipers - either Force/Red/Ultegra/Dura Ace or something weenieish.
7800 rear mech or Force/Red shifters and mechs, either 10 or 11 speedAnd please don't look at the pedals. They were only so I could ride it in the back lane...

New bars and bartape are both excellent.

Your bars are a bit tilted forward.

That's absolutely appalling. Apologies, hadn't noticed!

Something like this, next week i will build front and rear rack for it..

Super practical, nice one.
These days my saddle to bar height ratio is almost opposite yours, so I tend to tilt the bars down some to give me a good angle. -

I think your rear light is upside down.
-
• #119641
It is. Right way 'round it just flashes into the saddle bag...
Thankfully I posted this in Currents and not any of the porn threads :|

I was quite chuffed that my bargain NOS fork had arrived from the US, even with the £15 customs sting. Imagine my concern when I saw that the seller had decided to ship a carbon fork across the ocean in a padded envelope.
Anyway, no harm done (literally), and it's going on this long-term Cannondale 2.8 650c project. I've half a mind to spray the inside of the fork yellow. It'll probably be forgiving on a non-exact match.
Now, what's a decent 1" threadless headset that doesn't cost the earth? And what should I do with this frame?

Cheers Heldring. That picture's crap, sorry. The fork's a really nice Kinesis in immaculate condition that was apparently intended for some Softride bike or other.
The frame may or may not be a respray - I suspect it is.
Cheers! I ran my Romin saddles "level" with basically a dip in the middle but never found them all that comfy. I tried a couple of SMPs and copies and found nose down/central bit flat to be better. Went back to Romins but tried that angle, with central bit flat, back up and bit and nose down and found them more comfy, especially on longer rides...
