Hey Marcel, yes, that axle and parts will work.
In order to space the wheel correctly, you'll just need to order some M10 axle (or chainring bolt spacer): 10mm inner diameter, and 16mm outer diameter will match the axle's cone nuts well. Not sure how many and which thicknesses you'll need though.
I bought some of these when converting an old Specialized trispoke from rear to front:
