    I contacted him and said I’d be happy to split it half and half. And he’s basically just ignored me. I’ve got the item now as I collected it off his daughter last week.

    @howard what you say about Ebay postage might be true (as in they just get the item to you) but what I understand is if you are charging postage and accepting payment through PayPal you were required to post the item to the address listed on the buyers PayPal account (and retain proof of postage). But he got it couriered to his daughter for me to pick up. So as far as PayPal is concerned he hasn’t posted it to me and doesn’t have the required proof of delivery if I was to make a claim against him. Wouldn’t ever take it that way but I don’t know why he’s clinging to this postage charge so much... and won’t just meet me in the middle. It’s frustrating 🤷‍♂️
