Got this complete bike, which was sold to me as being a Moda Sensa Titanium track bike, got for realllyy cheap though, complete with chris king bb, omniums, american classic track wheelset etc. Feels light, but as he sprayed it to deter thieves cant be 100% sure. Anyone?

Hello, I recently acquired this frame on here - wondering if anyone recognises any of features...
Cable-stops on the downtube suggest 90's.
Back brake cable routed through the top tube (entering from below)
The top tube routing and front mech look quite euro - it's a British BB thread

Rear brake bridge is quite unusual, I've not seen cutaways like that

BB is stamped with a serial# and is pierced

Here's the seat lug - quite old school.
Vertical drop outs are unmarked, forks non-original.Previous owner acquired the frame in France which seems about right from the general design.
Hoping someone will recognise the brake bridge...

Not a specific bike, but a brand; does anyone know anything about CNC bikes? They apparently make steel frames, but that's pretty much all I know about them.

Wow, how do you know it's not 26.4 ? :D
Maybe the second then (Mavic), for the Sakae, it seems to me that the drops are too short, and the angle ramp/drop is not open enough.
Didn't Barry chick do something similar? Somewhere to start researching though.
