heat shrink -- do I want 5mm wide? essentially width of my cables combined...

Heat shrink should state the starting and shrunk diameters. Don't go too small. 5mm presumably will be fine. Or just use spiral wrap

Heat shrink or a cable tidy, plus a stick on Di2 channel would be neatest, I'd imagine
