Does anyone know if it’s possible to run downtube shifters with Campag 11s? I’ve got all the gear to run 1x but there isn’t a flat bar Campag solution....

Can you fit a barend shifter to the dt boss? Maybe it's also possible to get an older system in friction mode to cover the whole width of the cassette.

No. Campag made a veloce flat bar shifter for 10s. Or you could get TT shifters and mount them as bar ends
