I've tried the sealant in inner tube thing. With Stans and with not a lot of success. Maybe sealants have moved on a bit since.
has worked well for me in a tube under 26" worn down city jets, with a small bottle-full of stans. but of course now I say this it will stop working
stans has been working fine for me an my gf for 1000+ miles each, and loads of customer bikes have reported good things
