Keep them watered.
Feed them with tomato feed, according to the instructions that come with it.
Do the correct side stem pruning thing - check on the RHS website for information on this. Helpful, but not at all essential, for you to know the type of tomato you have.
Marvel at the wonder of nature.
Eat tomatoes.
(Probably get a bit miffed when you see one pop because you didn't eat it quick enough!)
