I'd be surprised if anybody could replicate that case as a one-off for less than the cost of buying a new W-APS-08, assuming you want it to look somewhat nice. On closer inspection, I'd say the GrabCAD files are more like 5% of the way to something you could send out for manufacture.

Basically I want a metal case the exact dimensions of one of these with the intention of using the case to house a PDU:

But as you can see from this link, although the measurements are 44mm high, there's actually a lip at the front so the main measurement is going to be slightly smaller.
I could see if I could buy a broken/faulty unit and strip it out but it's a bit needle in a haystack so looking to see if a sheet metal whizz could replicate : /
