In theory, yes. You should be able to import the stp file into any common CAD program and design around the existing geometry. However, in my experience GrabCAD files aren't very dependable. Some are spot on, some are just a pretty picture with wildly inaccurate dimension.
As this one has been drawn as reference for button and connector lay-out I 'd expect those to be on point, but there is a chance the radius of the fillets and other details are just approximations. I'd do some measurements to crosscheck, and ask yourself how accurate everything needs to be.

Any CAD whizzes able to tell me if this file is just a pretty picture or if it could be used as a basis for fabricating the case to the same spec?
