I haven't enforced anything yet and as for me breaking rules:

Admins haven't taken it down yet. Plus i think so many people broke the "no un-related comments" rule.

There are so many forums where u can just chat bikes, no buying or selling, so why take great offence to a particular wanted ad?

"Admins" are busy building bikes and enjoying the sun.

The "no unrelated comments" rule is to stop people selling stuff from continually bumping their own sale threads. It has nothing to do with preventing people posting jets or apple pies to other people's threads.
