  • I just did a submax test and have no idea what any of this means. How do I take this and figure out a good training session? Mrs Sparky just plugged in “sportive training plan” and is following that, but I’d like to understand what my numbers are and how to improve them. So confusing. Why don’t they make the app automated and simple? Like, do a test, tell it what you’d like to improve, and it just does it for you?
