His stats before arriving at Napoli were below average/average and he hasn't ever won anything... Might be OK for you lot or the Kopites but he won't last long at Chelsea without results...
Look at the club's he managed. His Empoli side were great and besides that, anyone who can take Napoli to 91 points in a season is a serious manager.
