Watching the final in the ‘sports’ bar in an all inclusive family resort in Lanzarote. Hilarious mix of scousers, already baked pink from the sun and well drunk, with the Spanish staff quietly grinning away.
From a neutral’s point of view, I hope Liverpool are able to play the way they’ve done all season. It has been pretty joyful to watch them when at their best.
