I've had a long hard think and it's time to break down my 3speed fixed Surly Crosscheck and swap out the components to build something I'll ride more. I'm not sure on prices, so please be nice.

All items are in good to very good condition. Maybe a couple of scuffs. See photos for more detail.

1 x Surly Straggler CX Disc Fork Size: 1-1/8" 700c Black. Approx 23cm of steerer £60
Front Wheel - H Plus Son Archetype 36h black rim laced to Surly 'Ultra New' Black 36h disc hub, Infinity Armadillo 32c tyre £100
Rear Wheel - H Plus Son Archetype 36h black rim laced to Sturmey Archer S3X 3 spd fixed hub, Infinity Armadillo 32c tyre £220
Cane Creek Carbon 200TT bar end brake lever x 2 (1 unused and in box) £30
Avid BB7 Black Road Disc Calliper £55
Sturmey Archer 3spd thumb shifter in packaging £10 or free with front wheel
