watching a few shimano zee shifters and mech for this on eBay. have only ever ridden 23/25c tyres, do i need to gear down a bit for wider 38/40c tyres?

Go Sram and 40-44t (NW) on the front, on the back whatever you usually ride.. looking forward to see it with some (more serious) rubber!

Yeah I need some wheels for this first , the clearances are pretty big so I reckon I’ll go as big as possible . If anyone has some 35-40c tyres for sale I’m interested . Don’t really want to end to spending more onctures than the frame
