I got given it on a MTB skills course I went on and it is indeed to remind me how to bike

It was more about what does it say but I forgot I could probably zoom in, which I did, and now it all makes sense :)

Heels down is the one that made a huge difference for me, and is super easy to do. Feels so much less like you are gonna go flying off the front at any moment.

Decathlon has stem cell feed bag things for a fiver. Collecting one soon. Always thought they were a good idea but didn't really think the £20 Alpkit price tag was justified. Anyone got one?

Once upon a time I was going to try to bodge one out of a chalk bag for climbing (also cost a fiver or less even). Pretty much looks like Decathlon have had the same idea

The vole looks smaller, if not weirdly shaped for dropper nonsense. Porcelain Rocket Charlene could be another option.

I have some unexpected free time, have recently got a lightweight tent and have put some nice "adventure" tyres on my bike.

Where can I go to have a cool adventure, with one night's wild camping, within easy travel distance of London, this Tuesday?

I am pondering the High Weald area, but it's hard to know what the wild camping and trails will be like without first hand experience.
